Thanks for all the visitors who came to taste the range of Folie d'Inès and Saint André in our stand.

For our first participation, we are thrilled by the atmosphere and the interest the visitors gave us.

Folie d'Inès white 2009:

Viognier, Roussanne: aromatic and elegant nose. In mouth, attractive and fine new oak notes.

MARCH 2010 silver medal at the national competition 2010of the independent wine makers

Folie d'Ines red 2005

cabernet franc, merlot: 16 months in barrels. aromatic nose, red fruit and slightly woody. Round structured, generous mouth with a very beautifulm balance and very fine tannins.

St André white 2009:

Chardonnay, Vermentino:very aromatic nose, floral, and fruity. Harmonious mouth, aromatic, even lightly, fresh and crispy.

VINISUD 2010

For the first time of VINISUD, reception at the St André estate of 70 foreign buyers who came for the occasion.

With SUD DE FRANCE and the representative of the regional federation of independant wine makers, Mr Pierre GASSIER, the buyers have visited the estate (vineyard, wine cellar...) then they participated to a wine tasting presented by 12 wine makers representative of Hérault, Gard, Aude, .... 

the buyers (americans, chinese, corean, japanese) were thrilled of the reception they received

The winegrowers of the Thau Laguna
Inès Hébert (domaine Saint André), Julie Benau (domaine de Creyssels) and Jean-Baptiste de Clock (domaine de Font-Mars), winegrowers of the Thau Laguna, in Languedoc, have decided to put in common their experiences to optimise their terroir, develop the quality of their wines and communicate together on this haven of peace...
At first sight, apart from their love of wine and the exceptional terroir they share, they have not much in common. They grow different grape varieties, Mediterranean and from the Atlantic, vinifie and blend them with their own sensitivity. However all their wines have this pleasant freshness induced by the particular Thau Laguna terroir : the heat of the Mediterranean climate is tempered by the sea spray and the soil components are very close indeed to those of a more notorious Laguna... Factors which reinforce the complexity which are decidedly very uncommon.
